We ship on Tuesday. Order cutoff is 11:59PM Eastern on Monday. Orders placed Tuesday-Monday will ship the following Tuesday.

Orders ship via UPS Next Day Air Saver or 2nd Day Air. Depending on your distance from Grand Rapids, Michigan, shipping rates are $19.99, $49.99, $59.99 and $69.99 to the lower 48 United States depending on zone, $65 to Alaska, and $89 to Hawaii. Shipping price includes our custom-designed reusable eco-friendly shipping box (components are biodegradable and recyclable) and dry ice.

Each box fits 4-10 pints and contains 5 lb of dry ice, which is enough to last up to 2 days from the time of shipping. The ice cream will melt after this, so be sure the recipient can receive the package both Wednesday and Thursday after shipment so they can get the pints into a freezer right away!
